As og March 25, 2024 this project was awarded to Southern Electric Corporation with the awarded amount of $252,036.45 The project consists of the replacement of underground secondary electrical circuits, in conduit, from 3 transformers (provided and installed by others) to 30 recreational vehicle camp sites and existing area lights. The project also includes construction of 3 electric power distribution panels and installation of new power service pedestals at the recreational vehicle sites. The plans and specifications for the project are on file and open for public inspection at the main office of the Pearl River Valley Water Supply District, 115 Madison Landing Circle, Ridgeland, MS 39157. The Pearl River Valley Water Supply District reserves the right to reject all bids, and to waive any formalities or irregularities in the bids received. Any electronic PDF bid that does not include the bidder certificate of responsibility number shall not be considered. Bids shall be made out on the proposal form provided, sealed in an envelope, and plainly marked on the outside of the envelop: Bid for Timberlake Campground Electrical Renovation, Bid #24-800- 21-04. The bidder Mississippi certificate of responsibility number shall also be marked on the outside of the envelope. If any envelope is not so marked, said bid shall not be opened and considered.
