The State of Utah - Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is requesting submittals for consultant services on the following project: DFCM Construction-Ogden Maintenance Building Replacement Project Description: This project includes the construction of a materials lab, maintenance shop, salt storage building, and other ancillary structures to be built at the UDOT Region One Headquarters in Ogden, Utah. Services will include the following: o Salt shed o Salt/sand racks o Truck wash indoor - wash rack outside o Outdoor (stand alone) storage building o Materials lab building (stand along) o Maintenance signals crew facility Question Submission Close Date 2/21/2024 3:00 PM MST The programming fee will be negotiated, but is set as a not-to-exceed amount of $184,860. The initial contract award will be for programming only. After satisfactory completion of the programming, DFCM may award design services to the programming consultant. Submittal dates for the required references, management plans, statements of qualifications, and interviews will be based on the Project Schedule included in the Solicitation for Programming and A/E Design Services. The Division of Facilities Construction and Management reserves the right to reject any or all submittals or to waive any formality or technicality in any submittal in the interest of the State.
