Please submit all inquiries concerning this RFQ to Karen bell at kbell@madisoncountytn.gov no late r than 12:30 P.M. cst on Thursday, February 15,2024 Term of Contract: Agreement will be for a term of one year Agreement will automatically renew each year thereafter, for a total period of five (5) years (2024- 2029), based upon mutual annual agreement between the two parties Required Scope of Services . Provide field survey services . Provide services to complete Environmental documents as may be required . Provide engineering design services to prepare bid construction documents for possible projects such as Federal BRZ Bridges or State of Tennessee Bridge Grant Program Bridges, or other projects relating to the business of Madison County Highway Department Prepare itemized estimate of probable cost using TDOT item numbers, as may be required Prepare project specifications and bid documents . Prepare bid notice . Prepare bid advertisement . Permit submittal for review and approval to TDOT, TDEC, USACOE, other agencies, as may be required Utility submittalfor review and approval to TDOT, as may be required Assist Madison County Highway Department in evaluation of bids and recommendation for contract award Ability to perform Construction Engineer inspection (CEl) services during construction . Any other services needed to complete the design, bidding and/or construction of projects as may be required by Madison County Highway Department.
