Painting for the Jackson - Madison County Regional Health Department. The right to accept any bid is reserved as it may be in best interest of the County to reject or accept any and/or all bids, to waive any informality in bids received, and to accept or reject any items of any bids. Question Deadline 03/05/2024 at 12:30 PM CT All Inquiries Concerning This Bid to Karen Bell at Kbetl@matiisoncountvtn.gov JMCRHD Interior Building Painting Paint the entire interior of building utilizing low odor paint (color to match existing color) Repair damaged sheetrock Metal door frames will be painted as needed Install new commercial Vinyl Corner Guards on all hallway corners (color to be determined after bid award) Will be responsible for removing/rehanging pictures, filing cabinets, etc. Will be required to paint after business hours or on weekends All bidders will be required to attend the pre-bid walk-through meeting
