Description

Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Jackson, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a pipeline; for site work for a pipeline; residential development; and residential development.

*As of April 12, 2024 this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.* Convert to privately owner gas system to public. Work includes demo of JHA owned meters and extending gas lines to newly installed JEA meters. A Five Percent Bid Security is required. Refer to other Bidding requirements described in Document 002113 - Instructions to Bidders. This project is funded with federal dollars and certain provisions and regulations apply as described in Document 004396 - Representation and Certifications to Bidders. Bidders are required to present evidence of proper licensure according to State Contractor's Licensing Law and HUD requirements.
