Renovation of an educational facility in Jackson, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Phase 2 renovations to existing school to create a new Innovation STEM Center. Work includes demo, repair, new walls, doors and windows, finishes, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. It will be required that you obtain and show proof of payment/performance bond or bonds in the amount of 100% of the contract sum before a purchase order can be generated. Instructions to Bidders.
