Repairs to damaged drywall throughout the station Painting of walls, trim, door jambs, doors, booking room counter/benches, and ceilings as required Installation of corner guards on all drywall Replacement of vinyl roll flooring in all areas listed below Repairs/replacement of vinyl stair treads as needed (3 sets in the station) Replacement of window blinds in Locker Room 1 and Training Room (5 sets total) Refurbishment of four department bathroom facilities to include new fixtures and required plumbing All four bathrooms: Replacement of standard white commercial grade toilets and sinks with faucets, replacement of exhaust fans; standard commercial mirrors o Bathroom 3 will require replacement of a standard white corner shower o Bathroom 4 will require replacement of a standard white commercial urinal o Bathroom 4 will also require the removal of a corner shower and addition of a second standard white toilet with the installation of a floor-to-ceiling privacy partition with two doors Commercial General Liability Including Completed Products and Operations and Personal Liability Insurance: One Million Dollars per Occurrence with Two Million Dollars Aggregate; Commercial Automobile Insurance: One Million Dollars Combined Single Limit for Owned, Hired and Non-owned Vehicles; Excess Insurance: Three Million Dollars per Occurrence Aggregate give preference to Minority Women Business Enterprise (MWBE) businesses The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any and all informalities and the right to disregard all nonconforming, non-responsive or conditional bid documents per New York State Finance Law
