The purpose of this solicitation amendment is to extend the proposal due date from 26 Sep 2024 to 10 Oct 2024 in preparation for an upcoming change to the Statement of Work. An updated Statement of Work will be released in an upcoming solicitation amendment. All other items and conditions remain unchanged. This requirement is for Construction services for a broad variety of small minor construction projects at Fort Irwin, California. Work is to be performed in accordance with (IAW) the Statement of Work (SOW), titled Ft. Irwin Job Order Contract (JOC) Statement of Work (SOW)_30MAY24. This is a 100% 8(a) Competitive set-aside. The contract awarded as a result of this solicitation will be a single award, Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Job Order Contract (JOC) consisting of a 30-day phase-in period, and an ordering period consisting of 60-months (in the event the incumbent is awarded the contract, a phase-in period will not take place. The time for commencement of work and the calendar days allocated for completion of work will be determined at the task order level. The anticipated magnitude of this project is approximately between $75,000,000 and $100,000,000. All technical questions or clarifications are due no later than (NLT) 22 July 2024 12:00 p.m. CDT. The Government will answer questions received by the 22 July 2024 due date by a Solicitation Amendment. Questions received after this date may not be answered. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
