The 2024 Nine Springs WWTP Lagoon PFAS Sampling Project will include developing a Field Sampling Plan and Quality Assurance Project Plan for submittal to the EPA, installing one ground water sampling well, collecting and analyzing groundwater PFAS samples in accordance with the EPA documents, and preparing a report to summarize results and recommendations for the District's lagoon site. In connection with the performance of work for this project and under the related contract, the Proposer agrees not to discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of age, race, religion, color, disability, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, or other status protected by law. This provision shall include, but not be limited to, the following: employment, upgrading, demotion, or transfer; recruitment or recruitment advertising; layoff or termination; rates of pay or other forms of compensation; and selection for training, including apprenticeship.
