The 2024 Pavement Repair Program is located on the following Streets: 1. Barjode Road: From East 302 Street to East 305 Street - Base 2. Hadley Road: From Glenhurst Road to Bayridge Boulevard - Alternate The project consists of a base bid and one alternate. The bidder must bid the Base Bid and Alternate. A. Base Bid: 1. Repair of existing concrete pavement (Barjode Road) consist of gutter grinding, ODOT 255 base repairs (CY, depth as directed but a minimum of 3"), misc. curb and drive apron replacement, curb ramp removal and replacement, casting adjustments, single chip seal, asphalt concrete intermediate course, tack (trackless), and asphalt concrete surface course. B. Alternate: 1. Repair of existing asphalt pavement (Hadley Road) consists of pavement planing, ODOT 253 base repairs (CY, depth as directed but a minimum of 3"), misc. curb and drive apron replacement, curb ramp removal and replacement, casting adjustments, single chip seal, asphalt concrete intermediate course, tack (trackless), and asphalt concrete surface course. In general, these Specifications describe the work to be performed by the various trades, other than work specifically excluded. It shall be the responsibility of the Contractor and Subcontractors to perform all work incidental to their trade, whether or not specific mention is made of each item, unless such incidentals are included under another Item. B. It is advised that the Contractor and all Subcontractors familiarize themselves with the contents of the complete Specifications, particularly for the trades preceding, following, related or adjacent to their work.
