Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Willowick, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.

A. The project consists of installation of a new Kohler Diesel Generator or approved equivalent for the Willowick Senior Center. Work to be performed shall include all engineering, labor, materials, equipment, and appurtenances to properly install and start-up the proposed generator for the Willowick Senior Center. B. Work shall include, but is not limited to: 1. All permits and drawings (to be stamped by a licensed professional engineer in the State of Ohio) associated with the generator, electrical or mechanical work to tie generator into existing system, and restoration work. 2. Excavation and installation of generator Portland cement concrete foundation pad. Pad shall be designed to maintain the load of the proposed generator and a separate shop drawing submittal for the design and materials for the pad shall be submitted during the shop drawing review process. All spoils from the excavation of the foundation pad shall be hauled and disposed by the Contractor to an approved disposal site that is off-site. 3. Supply and install 125kw 120/208v 3 Phase Generator with automatic transfer switch. Service rated transfer switch to be mounted in place of existing main disconnects 4. Replacement of feeders to MDP1 and MDP2 and removal/disposal of any unnecessary or excess wiring 5. Installation of all necessary subsurface conduits for gas feed connection from existing service line to building (near meter) to generator. 6.
