Sealed bids are to be submitted to the Director of Finance of the City of Willowick, Ohio, for the Willowick Roofing Project. Bids must be in accordance with specifications available from the Director of Public Service at 31230 Vine St. Each bid must include the full name of every person or company interested and be accompanied by either a cashier's check or an irrevocable letter of credit amounting to ten percent (10%) of the bid or a bid bond for one hundred percent (100%) of the bid. The check or bond must be payable to the City of Willowick and conditioned upon entering into a contract and providing performance and payment bonds if the bid is accepted. The checks or bonds of unsuccessful bidders will be returned after a contract is awarded or all bids are rejected. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities. The contract will be awarded to the lowest and best bidder as determined by the City. Bids must be sealed and labeled "Willowick Roofing Project Bid." The bid package is available at the Willowick Service Department at 31230 Vine St., Willowick, Ohio 44095.
