Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Lions Bay, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and for the construction of a 1,028-square-foot, one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field.
The Municipality of the Village of Lions Bay (Municipality) is seeking proposals from qualified proponents for the comprehensive design and construction of the Lions Bay Beach Park renovation project. This project enhances the Park's functionality, safety, and aesthetic appeal for the benefit of the community. We seek a highly skilled and experienced Proponent capable of delivering a high-quality, sustainable, and user-friendly park renovation. The Municipality intends to enter a contract with a qualified and responsible firm for the design, supply, and installation of structures and equipment as set out in the project overview and the removal & disposal of old structures, play equipment, vegetation, and surfacing, etc.
