Description

Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Lions Bay, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the construction of a two-story above grade municipal facility.

The Village of Lions Bay invites proposals from qualified and experienced design-build teams to provide all professional services, labour, materials, equipment, permits, and construction necessary to design and construct a two-storey municipal storage structure located at the rear of Village Hall. The completed facility must be fully operational no later than December 31 of the construction year identified in the final contract. Submissions must be submitted using one of the specified delivery methods: email submissions to c/o CAO, Ross Blackwell, at rblackwell@lionsbay.ca, or cao@lionsbay.ca.
