The Contractor shall perform all Work associated with the construction of this Project as set forth in the Contract Documents. The scope of Work shall include all labor, materials, equipment, tools, services, and the like required by the Contract Documents or otherwise necessary for the completion of the Project. The Contract Items shall include those Bid Items indicated on the Notice of Award with the estimated quantities and unit prices listed in the accepted Bid Schedule. 1.02 Contractorshall complete all Work asspecified or indicated in the Contract Documents.
