Site work for a bridge / tunnel in Glacier, Washington. Working plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.
This project will replace five existing fish barrier culvert crossings at the following locations: (i) I-5 at Baker Creek & Spring Creek (milepost 255.76 to milepost 256.76) and (ii) SR 539 at Baker Creek (milepost 0.00 to 0.35). The aforementioned include Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife (WDFW) Sites 990015, 990022, 991973, 992003, and 992987, with fish passable structures in compliance with the federal injunction regarding fish passage underneath WSDOT highways.
