Replace sections of asphalt walkways and common area cement concrete sections. 2. Materials - Hot Mix Asphalt, Cement Concrete, Loam and Seed 3. Work either shown on the Drawings or included in the specifications unless specifically indicated not to be done. 4. Work outside the Project Site as called for in the Contract Documents and as required for the performance of the Work. 5. Providing and restoring, where appropriate, all temporary facilities. B. Execution of Work: Work to be performed in timely and workmanlike fashion. Site must be cleaned up daily with access needed for overnight. C. Warranties/Guaranties: All new Hot Mix Asphalt and Cement Concrete must be free of any abnormalities, cracking and puddling for 1 year.
