Regarding schedule; work can begin as early as May 23rd and needs to be complete by August 9th. Successful bidder to submit schedule after award. When submitting a proposal include the following items: Bid Form Contractor's Affidavit Concerning Alcohol and Drug-Free Workplace National Sex Offender Registry Form If questions should arise during the bid process, please contact Tim Pollard at tim@starrcorporation.com. Scope of work includes demolition and reroof as shown in drawings titled, "TFSD 2023 Capital Improvements Package 1, Reroof of Roper Auditorium at Twin Falls High School. Project Specification Manual TFSD 2023 Capital Improvement Permit Set dated 1/17/24. Remove existing roof and install new roofing as shown on drawings. Remove and install new roof drains. Drawings note electrical and gas piping to be removed and reinstalled as needed to allow for roof work. This electrical and mechanical work will be by others. Dumpster and Temporary Toilets will be provided by others. Dumpster to be for waste generated by roof installation. Waste generated from demolition to be haul and legally disposed of by roofing contractor.
