Renovation of a library in Washington, Kansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.
Provide sealed bids for new work identified for construction within the construction documents as a lump sum cost. In accordance with work identified within the construction documents this project will include gymnasium floor replacement & painting of select walls & door frames. Direct all questions to Leroy Dupere at leroy.dupere@bgcons.com Bids received will be tallied and forwarded with Architect's recommendations for acceptance of bids provided to Washington Public Library. Bids received after said time will be returned to Contractor unopened. These Bids will be for the furnishing of labor and materials and performing all the work in accordance with the drawings and specifications. Renovation to include: New water diverter at main entry Replace entry storefront and install ADA opener Remove all interior wood paneling and remove insulation/furring as required. Install gyp bd and insulation/furring as required. Alternate Addition to include: New vestibule and hardened storage area with associated work The Work of Project is defined by an E Occupancy Contract Documents and consists of the following: 1. Replace gymnasium flooring & associated work.
