Along Oliver Road, construct a grade separated, Class I, bike-ped facility along the west side of Oliver Road within the project limits. This project is a proactive safety effort to protect bicyclists and pedestrians along a heavily traveled corridor around a horizontal curve. In this location, the many daily bicyclists and pedestrians are forced to walk the edge line, causing vehicles to swerve into oncoming traffic. Right-of-Way and construction funding have not been secured for this project. This project is included in the City of Paradise's FY 2025-2030 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). As of March 31, 2026, information regarding a design firm and the general contractor selection timeline has not been disclosed. A firm construction timeline has not been released. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
