Site work for a civil project in Gatlinburg, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

The total base bid price for the contract shall include the costs for furnishing labor and materials and performing all work set forth in the Advertisement for Bids, Information for Bidders, Form of Proposal, General Conditions, Supplemental General Conditions, and Plans and Detail Specifications prepared by Chapman Technical Group. The work to be bid upon is described as follows, but not limited to: Selective demolition of the existing raceways and construction of new raceways, a new shelter, piping, electrical work and other construction as indicated on the Drawings and Project Manual prepared by Chapman Technical Group, dated February 2024. Construction time limit is 180 calendar days All bidders are required to have a Tennessee Contractor's License. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids. No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the time of the opening of the Bids.
