The City of Blue Springs hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, minority business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids without discrimination, regardless of race, color, or national origin in consideration for any award. All bidders are also notified that as a condition for contract award documentation proving "their enrollment and participation in a federal work authorization program" such as E-Verify must be submitted to the City. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
