It is the intent of this Bid to describe the minimum requirements for blanket agreement(s) for Topsoil to be purchased on an as needed basis for Waukesha County Parks and Land Use (PLU) and Highway Departments. The term of the agreement is for a two (2) year period commencing approximately 4/12/2024 - 4/11/2026. This agreement may be extended for two (2) additional one-year periods upon mutual agreement and at the discretion of the County. The County reserves the right to reject any items that do not conform to the Bid and/or the specifications. All return freight charges associated with the rejected materials shall be borne by the vendor Waukesha County reserves the right to cancel this contract upon thirty (30) dayswritten notice if vendor deviates from the requirements of this bid/specification Question Deadline 02/14/2024 at 12:00 PM CT
