Waukesha County is seeking qualified vendors to test and inspect our Kitchen Hoods & Drop-Testing Fire Doors for various County buildings This contract is for the period July 1, 2024 thru June 30, 2026 and may be extended for two (2) additional one-year periods by mutual consent. The Waukesha County Purchasing Division will be the sole judge of the quality and suitability of the equipment, materials and/or services offered in its determination of the successful bidder. Award will be made to one lowest responsible responsive vendor in each group noted below, or in the aggregate, whichever is in the best interest of Waukesha County. Question Deadline 02/22/2024 at 4:30 PM CT Waukesha County reserves the right to award to multiple vendors to assure its needs are adequately met, and that backup service is available in the event the primary vendor is unable to meet repair time requirements.
