RFIs Due February 16th, 2024 Plant Construction seeks responses to a Request for Proposal (RFP) from Trade
Subcontractors interested in bidding the Sealants scope on the contract for the University of
California, Berkeley Academic Seismic Replacement Building located in Berkeley, California.
Plant Construction seeks trade contractors with significant experience in coordination and
execution of new, mass timber construction projects that are substantial in size and involve
challenging logistical conditions and aggressive schedules. The scope of work will be to participate
in provision of submittals and shop drawings, and coordination and execution of the complete
scope listed below at the new Academic Seismic Replacement Building.
Contractors must hold valid contractors' licenses registered with DIR and must provide ability to
obtain corporate surety (payment & performance) bonds and insurance in order to be eligible for the
