Bid Bond 5.00% Payment Bond 0.00% Performance Bond 0.00% Liquidated Damages $250 Estimated Bid Value 34845 Project Duration 30 days License Requirements B Deck repairs and waterproofing Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, debris-waste removal/disposal, transportation of materials and anything else deemed necessary to (product or service) The minimum scope includes, but is not limited to the following tasks and deliverables (not necessarily in the correct order of work): 4.1 GENERAL CONDITIONS Entire construction site will be kept safe from public access. Adequate barriers will always be furnished and installed by the contractor as to provide public safety, as well as work site safety at all times. Contractor to ensure residents have access to their unit at all times, if to complete work access is limited to a unit. All residents will have full access to their unit during non-construction days and times. Contractor to protect all adjacent materials during demo, construction, and installation. Contractor is responsible to replace all damaged materials at no additional cost to the Housing Authority of the County of San Bernardino. Any defective materials and/or workmanship will be replaced by the contractor at no additional cost to the Housing Authority of the County of San Bernardino. Contractor to verify all dimensions and quantities to meet the intent of the plans and specifications. 4.2 DECKING REPAIR HACSB and Contractor will agree upon the damaged areas. All decking will have a slope to drain water off the deck. Slope to be no more than 2% If additional repairs are required contractor to submit a proposal to include a detailed scope of work, size of area to be repaired and cost for additional repairs. Contactor to repair approximately 64 Square Feet of damaged balconies. All exposed and accessible raw wood shall be treated with BORA-CARE prior to covering. 4.3 WATERPROOFING Once all the areas have been repaired, clean entire deck/balcony and seal the entire balcony using WESTCOAT ALX Deck System. Follow WESTCOAT ALX Deck System specifications to ensure waterproofing. All colors and textures must match. 4.4 CLEANUP Work area shall be cleaned completely interior and exterior. Floors shall be swept, and dust mopped. Front & rear yard shall be raked prior to leaving the site each day
