Site work for a road / highway in Washington, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
The Project consists of installing a fully functional traffic signal. Includes signage, stripping, and pedestrian ramp replacement. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. TIME OF COMPLETION 6.01 Bidder agrees that the Work will be substantially complete within _75_ calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run as provided in Paragraph 4.01 of the General Conditions, and will be completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions within 90 calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run. 6.02 Bidder accepts the provisions of the Agreement as to liquidated damages. - INTERPRETATIONS AND ADDENDA 7.01 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect. 7.02 Addenda may be issued to clarify, correct, supplement, or change the Bidding Documents.
