The work will be accomplished through multiple prime contracts with Chisholm Public Schools, with InGensa /Contegrity Group Inc. acting as Construction Managers. The following categories of work will be bid (subject to change): Sitework, Concrete, Precast Concrete, Structural Steel Supply, Structural Steel Install, General Construction, Metal Wall Panels, Roofing, Aluminum Glass & Glazing, Tile, Acoustical Ceilings and Wall Panels, Wood Athletic Flooring, Carpet & Resilient Flooring, Athletic Sports Flooring, Terrazzo Flooring, Paint & Wall Coverings, Food Service Equipment, Fire Suppression, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, and Building Demolition. A project labor agreement is in place for this project, see project manual for requirements. BID SECURITY: Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or corporate surety bond in an amount equal to five (5%) percent of the base bid, as bid security. o If awarded a contract, each successful Bidder shall be required to furnish both Performance and Payment Bonds covering faithful performance of the contract and the payment of all obligations arising under such contract. Such bonds shall be the latest edition of the AIA Document A312/CM, in the amount equal to 100% payment. If the contract is less than $75,000 an irrevocable Letter of Credit from a financial institution will be acceptable under the same terms and conditions of Performance & Payment Bonds. o All bidders shall follow MN State Statute 16C.285 subd. 3 in regards to Responsible Contractor Requirements. o Chisholm Public Schools reserves the right to reject any or all bids received and to waive any informalities and irregularities in the bidding. o Bids may not be withdrawn or modified within sixty (60) days after the closing time and date.
