5th St SW Street & Infrastructure Improvements Major quantities for the Work include: COMMON EXCAVATION CU YD 2240 8" PVC PIPE SEWER LIN FT 925 8" WATERMAIN DUCTILE IRON CL 52 LIN FT 967 4" CONCRETE WALK SQ FT 6426 TYPE SP 12.5 WEARING COURSE MIX (2,B) TON 443 Bid security in the amount of 5 percent of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. A Contractor responding to these Bidding Documents must submit to the City/Owner a signed statement under oath by an owner or officer verifying compliance with each of the minimum criteria in Minnesota Statutes, section 16C.285, subdivision 3. This Work shall be subject to minimum wages and labor standards in accordance with Federal Davis-Bacon Act and the State of Minnesota. The City of Chisholm reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract in the best interests of the City of Chisholm. Question Deadline 03/14/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than 5 days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
