Description: State Project Number 43EV0009 Canopy Roof Repair and Window System Replacement - Administration Building, MN Discovery Center in Chisholm, MN A. The work will be done under one prime contract that includes: General Contracting, Roofing and Window Replacement B. The following summary is a general guide to the scope of work. It should not be construed as a detailed list of work included in the contract. 1. Replacement of existing canopy roof with a new EPDM roof. 2. Installation of new storefront window system to eliminate water infiltration. 3. Repair interior finishes damaged by water infiltration. Est. Completion Date: June 30, 2026 TARGETED GROUP, ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED BUSINESS, VETERAN-OWNED AND INDIVIDUAL PREFERENCE A. Unless a greater preference is applicable and allowed by law, in accordance with Minn. Stat. 16C.16, businesses that are eligible and certified by the State as targeted group (TG) businesses, economically disadvantaged (ED) businesses, and veteran-owned businesses will receive a 12% percent preference. For Bids, the preference applies only to the first $2,000,000. All questions should be submitted ONline no later than September 8, 2025, at 2:00 PM. The State is not obligated to answer questions submitted after the question due date and time.
