New Strength Equipment for Community Center Weight Room No vendor may withdraw their proposal for at least sixty days after the scheduled closing time for receiving proposals. Questions Deadline: 2/14/2024 12:00 AM (CT) If Vendor has questions regarding whether an alternate piece of equipment would be acceptable, contact Courtney Kort, Recreation Superintendent, at courtney.kort@cityofames.org Literature for any alternates proposed must be submitted under the "Response Attachments" tab. The City of Ames reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive informalities, and to make such awards as it shall deem to be in the best interest of the City.
