Iowa State University of Science and Technology (ISU) is soliciting information from qualified contractors to provide commercial kitchen exhaust hoods, duct work and fans cleaning and Suppression inspections for various the ISU Athletics buildings on campus. Question Deadline: 2/23/2024 12:00 PM (CT) ISU Athletics would prefer to have a single contractor that can provide commercial kitchen exhaust hoods, duct work, fan cleaning and inspections of suppression systems so that the Contractor can schedule/preform all the work at one time. Exhibit 1, list of hoods/suppression system for Athletics buildings is provided for reference. If the list of hoods/suppression systems and the actual amount of hoods/suppression systems don't match, ISU will be billed for only the actual work completed. Contract Term: The contract shall begin on April 1, 2024 and extend through March 31, 2029. Pricing shall be firm through March 31, 2027. During the last two years of the contract year 4 (April 1, 2027 - March 31, 2028) and year 5 (April 1, 2028 - March 31, 2029) Contractor may request (one time per year) a price increase that will not exceed the escalation percentage provided
