The Project includes the following Work: Resurfacing of West Flint Street from Aloha Street to North State Street (M-15), Aloha Street from West 2nd Street to West Flint Street, East and West 2nd Street from Genesee Street to Main Street, East 3rd Street from M-15 to Main Street, East 4th Street from M-15 to North Davison Street, and Lexington Street from South Dayton Street to M-15. Work includes cold milling, pavement removal, sidewalk removal, storm sewer replacement, water main, curb and gutter, HMA paving, concrete sidewalk, ADA sidewalk ramps, signs, traffic signal upgrades, and restoration.
