Amendment 0002: Amendment is being issued to remove requirement for manufacturer recommended training for the senior repair technician. In section 6.0 of SOW revised langauge has been highlighted to document this change. Instructions to offerers section has been updated to remove the requirement to submit this information. The due date to receive quotes is not being changed. Site Visit Information Quoters are urged and expected to inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award. The contractor shall provide all parts and labor for repairs upon direction by authorized personnel. The contractor must posess specialized training (cerifications) to repair both the Environmetal Growth Chamber (EGC) and Percival brand environmental chambers that are in use in quarantine to maintain the warentees on equipment. In addition, the qurantine facility is a very specilized environment and requires an understanding of the protocols for working there. Quarantine facilty requirements include wearing of tyvek suit and booties (Gov't furnished), equipment must be inspected before removal, all waste is autoclaved, etc.).
