Site work and new construction of a multi-residential development in East Alton, Illinois. Completed plans call for the construction of a 50,000-square-foot, three-story above grade, 46-unit multi-residential development.
Description The new housing project will replace the existing Stevens Apartments located at 118 Haller Street at the Southwest corner of W. Acton Avenue and North Haller Street in Wood River, Illinois. The project consists of a new wood framed 50,000 SF-3 story apartment building offering ADA accessible and adaptable units. This is a multiple phased project consisting of demolition, and newly constructed 46 unit apartment building and parking lot.
