The Work shall be substantially completed 160 calendar days from the date indicated in the Notice to Proceed to commence the Work on site In general, the project consists of replacing the Public Health Lab HVAC system. The new system will include a boiler, chiller and generator plant in a new separate building, replace roof mounted air handler units, provide modifications to the interior HVAC system, replace roofing, and associated work at the Shasta County Public Health Lab located at 2650 Breslauer Way, Redding, CA.
