Demolition, site work, asbestos abatement and renovation of a municipal facility in Redding, California. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; for the renovation of a 9,300-square-foot municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; and for asbestos abatement for a municipal facility.

Reference Number 0000342094 The Project, in general, consists of providing all labor, materials, tools, transportation, insurance and services necessary to remove and replace the existing roofing with a new PVC roofing system on approximately 9,300 sf of the Shasta County Veterans Hall at 1605 Yuba Street, Redding, California. The new roofing system shall be covered by a 20-year roofing system manufacturer's full labor and equipment warranty. The scope of work includes asbestos abatement, demolition, repair of plywood roof sheathing & framing and sheetmetal fabrication. The new roofing system includes roof insulation and roof tapered insulation. The work shall not begin on site until after June 1, 2024.
