General Description: The purpose of this bid is to receive pricing for the following item(s): 4" FLANGED GATE VALVES. Specifications: o All item(s) need to meet the exact specifications listed and as determined by the Bureau of Water - The City of Waterbury. o All product(s) must be equal or better with no substitutions unless approved by the Bureau of Water - City of Waterbury. o All item(s) supplied shall be delivered undamaged and it shall be the responsibility of the Vendor to deliver the item(s) in a good condition. o Delivery must be included with all costs, and with no separate shipping and/or handling charges. o Delivery is to be by third party and/or vendor. o No Upcharges and/or surcharges. o No Sales Tax. o The City reserves the right to buy higher or lower quantities than stated in this bid. **Individual cost per item must include freight charges. o The City reserves the right to award to none, one or more vendors.
