All rooms within the University's Classroom Building shall be made available for work to start beginning Monday, May 13, 2024. All work, including commissioning, shall be completed no later than 5:00pm MT on Friday, August 9, 2024. The University of Wyoming (the University) is soliciting proposals from professional and qualified Suppliers (Suppliers), through this Request for Proposals (RFP), for the purchase of equipment and installation services to upgrade the audio-visual technology in the University of Wyoming's Classroom Building during the Summer of 2024. The University of Wyoming reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive informalities and minor irregularities in proposals received, by the specific solicitation opening time and date, and to accept any portion of a proposal or all items proposed if deemed in the best interest of the University of Wyoming.
