1. The City of Moose Jaw ("Moose Jaw") is inviting proposals from qualified firms certified by the National Association of Serwer Service Companies ("NASSCO") with the Pipeline Assessment and Certification Program ("PACP"); to provide sanitary and storm sewer cleaning and inspection services (the "Services"). 2. The purpose of this Request for Proposals ("RFP") process is to select a qualified NASSCO PACP Inspection firm to enter into a Services Agreement with Moose Jaw for the performance of the Services. Further details about the Services required by Moose Jaw are set out in Schedule "A" - Services Requirements. The sanitary and storm sewer rehabilitation projects undertaken within the City of Moose Jaw require cleaning and inspection services. The scope includes performing cleaning, debris cutting and inspection services within the City limits, to industry standards(NASSCO Pipeline Assessment and Certification Program and other authoritative bodies), reporting results, inspection report delivery, invoicing to respective Project Managers and providing summaries as requested by the City. Standards of the Services 2. The standards of the service shall be per the specifications outlined in Schedule "E" Technical Specifications and Schedule "D" Supplementary Conditions. Term 3. The intent is to enter into a Master Service Agreement (MSA) with the successful proponent. 4. The initial one (1) year contract term shall commence March 18th, 2024 and expire March 17th, 2025 with options to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions agreed for up to two (2) additional one (1) year terms, at the sole discretion of the City of Moose Jaw. The total duration of the Agreement, including the exercise of any options under this clause shall not exceed three (3) years. 5. The Agreement extensions shall be by mutual agreement evidenced by a written amendment to the MSA.
