Estimated project cost is $150,000 The work includes furnishing all labor, equipment and materials necessary to complete the work including Replacement of the existing finger pier utility pedestals and the replacement and relocation of the floating dock utility pedestal, and all incidental construction at Lake St. Clair Metropark in Macomb County, Michigan. Bids shall be submitted on the form included in the bidding documents, and shall be accompanied by a Cashier's Check, Certified Check or Bid Bond underwritten by a surety licensed in the State of Michigan, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid, as a guarantee that the successful bidder will enter into a contract. The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities and/or formalities and to make award in any manner deemed in the best interest of the Authority.
