The District is seeking to retain a civil engineering led firm to provide professional design services for the removal and replacement of the Guadalupe Creek Crossing in Sierra Azul Open Space Preserve. At this time, the Project is anticipated to include the removal of the existing Guadalupe Creek culvert and replacement with a new vehicle bridge.
