Integrated Renewal: Drouin Avenue, North River Road to West Presland Road project, in accordance with the specifications, drawings, terms and conditions referenced/attached herein. At the time of tendering, the Tenderer shall submit, with its Tender, a deposit in the form of an electronic bid bond from the Tenderers surety in favour of the City of Ottawa. The amount of the Tender deposit shall equal at least ten percent (10%) of the Total Tender Price. 1. The successful Tenderer shall Substantially Perform the Work as defined in GC1.05 by Friday, the 03rd day of October, 2024 and this shall be the first date used for the calculation of Liquidated Damages as per TC-18 Subsection 1. 2. The successful Tenderer shall Complete the Work as defined in GC1.06 by Wednesday, the 30th day of June, 2025. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
