Price must include a 5% Bid Bond and cost of Payment and Performance Bonds. The successful Bidder will be required to post a 100% Payment and Performance Bond *The Town of Westerly/Westerly Schools reserves the right to reject any/all bids, waive any informalities in the bids received and to accept and award the bid to the lowest evaluated bid deemed most favorable to the interest of the Town/School. The Project consists of the replacement of the existing HVAC system, Located at the Westerly Town Hall, The Work consists of removing the existing heat pump units on the exterior, removal of all interior cabinet unit heat w/ AC units, removal of all air handler units within the acoustic ceiling(s) and Attic. The existing ductwork is to remain and be cleaned/sterilized. All existing removed units are to be replaced with new units (heat pumps, air handlers, cabinet unit heaters w/ AC). Rough carpentry is limited to concealing any exposed HVAC work (line sets, ductwork, wiring etc.) by framing soffits or chases, modifying existing interior elements, if necessary
