Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Traverse City, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

TCLP is requesting bids to provide all labor and material necessary for the installation of conduit along the US-31 (Grandview Parkway) Corridor in Traverse City. This includes boring in new conduit. TCLP will be providing equipment basements and handholes for contractor installation, and will assist contractor in routing conduits into energized equipment. TCLP is looking for a lump sum bid. See Attachment A for Prints and Details. The project is located along Grandview Parkway starting at N Division Street in Traverse City, MI and heading east to the S Garfield Avenue intersection. All bidders must familiarize themselves with the site conditions prior to submitting a bid for this project. All work must be completed no later than May 3, 2024. The Successful Bidder is responsible for all traffic control and potholing as required for the project. TCLP reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, waive irregularities, and to accept the bids either on an entire or individual basis that is in the best interest of TCLP. TCLP accepts no responsibility for any expense incurred by the Bidder in the preparation and presentation of a bid. Such expenses shall be borne exclusively by the Bidder.
