Renovation of a fire / police facility in Wallowa, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
The city of Wallowa would like to install a standby generator to power their fire hall. The generator will be 30kw 208-volt 3 phase 1800 rpm water cooled and propane fuel. It will be placed adjacent to the existing 400-ampservice. The generator will be set on a slab adjacent to the building, two bollards shall be installed to protect the generator. Propane is available near the installation location. The service will need to be upgraded as follow: Install 400-amp 3 phase service rated transfer switch (or 2- 200-amp service rated transfer switches) that will feed the two existing house panels one of which is 3 phase and one is single phase. The winning bidder will supply a complete and operational installation, all permits fees, excavation, shall be the responsibility of the installer. This is a design build project all questions should be directed to the city maintenance foreman.
