Demolition for a municipal facility in Wallowa, Oregon. Completed plans call for the demolition of a one-story above grade municipal facility.

Demolition will include designated interior beams, windows, pews, bell, buildings, concrete, fencing, shrubs, and any miscellaneous items that may be on-site to finish grade. SCOPE OF WORK:1. Select Demo - Salvage Structural Interior Beams. Where applicable, contractor will remove selected structural interior beams. Contractor will remove such beams and set them outside the foundation area. 2. Select Demo - Salvage Windows. Contractor will remove windows and set them outside the foundation area. Once removed, contractor will not be responsible for any damage to the windows once set aside for salvage pickup. 3. Select Demo - Salvage Pews - Contractor shall remove all pews and set them outside the foundation area for salvage pickup. 4. Select Demo - Salvage Church bell. Contractor shall remove the Church bell and set outside the foundation area for salvage pickup. 5. Utilities such as water and sewer will be capped and marked for future used as approved by the City of Wallowa. Contractors responsibility to coordinate with Electrical Company for service line to the building. 6. Concrete basement/foundation may be broken up and used as structural fill to a depth not higher than 4 below finish grade (additional structural fill may be required). Subgrade may consist of % or 5/8 gravel (compacted) 6 below finish grade and a minimum of 6 topsoil to finish grade. Any remaining boulders must be removed from the site and disposed ofin a proper manner. 7. The site will be leveled to finish grade and fully clean of all debris upon completion of project. 8. The Contractor will remove and dispose of all debris and other refuse in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws. A plan for disposal ofall material will be submitted to the Nez Perce Tribes Executive Director for approval prior to any demolition. The Contractor will not proceed with the work until a written Notice to Proceed has been issued by the Office ofthe Executive Director. At the conclusion ofthe project, the Contractor will provide documentation, such as photographic verification, that the disposal plan approved by the Executive Director was followed. 9. All disturbed areas will be seeded with lawn grass seed upon completion.
