The Class of Work for this Project is Electrical. Bidder understands that the County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to determine which bid is, in the sole judgment of the County, the lowest responsive, responsible bid, and which bid, if any, should be accepted in the best interest of the County. Bidder understands that County reserves the right to waive any informality or technicality in any bid in the interest of the County. WORK TO BE DONE The Work to be done under this Contract consists of the following: 1. Remove the existing electrical service to the Bartholomew Building. 2. Construct a new revised service, standby power system, fuel system, local power distribution, feeder, and an alarm autodialer for the Bartholmew Building. 3. Install, test, and commission all equipment for a complete and operational standby power system. Perform additional and Incidental Work as called for by the Specifications and Plans.
