Description

Remodeling of an educational facility in McMinnville, Oregon. Completed plans call for the remodel of a 77,007-square-foot educational facility.

Chemeketa community college requests electronic bids from qualified bidders to provide construction services for the yvc building 2 tenant improvement. Prequalification and bid bond: not required public works: any contract resulting from this itb is for a public works subject to ors 279c.800 to 279c.870, but not subject to the davis-bacon act (40 u.S.C. 3141 et seq.). All workers shall be paid not less than the applicable Oregon prevailing wage rates in accordance with ors 279c.838 and 279c.840. The applicable prevailing wage rates for this itb and the resulting contract will be the prevailing wage rates for Oregon non-residential public works projects, effective October 5, 2025.
