Renovation of a water / sewer project in McMinnville, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The work is a public works project subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870 or 40 U.S.C. Section 3141, et seq. The proposed work contemplated for the project consists of: New zone 2 booster pumps (4), associated piping and valves; associated electrical motor control centers and adjustable speed drives; associated instrumentation and control equipment; a surge control tank, air compressor and associated controls; and a standby engine generator. McMinnville Water & Light may reject (as nonresponsive) any Offer not in compliance with the contract provisions and all prescribed Public Contracting procedures and requirements, including the requirement to demonstrate the Bidder's responsibility under ORS 279C.375(3)(b), and may reject for good cause all Offers after finding that doing so is in the public interest. MW&L also reserves the right to waive informalities in a bid submission if in best interest of McMinnville Water & Light. Engineer’s estimated range is $1,423,000 - $1,824,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
